Health Assessment
The iact Health Assessment creates a baseline for your organization’s overall health as well as each individual’s health. Answers provided in the health assessment help iact suggest the right wellness program for the individual. Assessments can be made every six to twelve months and results can be compared against the baseline, providing you with objective improvement and return on your investment in wellness.
Programs
The key to success in wellness is setting a goal and working each day to achieve it. Programs provide the route to success. Programs guide the individual with criteria for improving and individuals log their progress toward that goal. Each program provides reports, coaching, incentives and a community support to help change behavior and succeed in creating a healthy lifestyle.
Coaching
The iact Coaching dashboard provides professional coaches and managers within your organization a contextual view into each individual’s progress. Coaches can influence individuals at the right time in the right way to keep them on the path to wellness.
Community
The impact of social-community is proving to be a powerful force for change. The iact Wellness communities provide peer support to allow iact members the ability to share information and help with each other, but more importantly to support each other through struggles and success.
Incentives
Sometimes it’s not enough to get people to improve their health by telling them they’ll feel better and live longer. Some of us need a bit more. iact incentives provide a tangible reward for improvement. iact provides a powerful point-based incentive program for active participation in wellness and change. Points can be redeemed for monetary rewards or shopping in online iact incentive store.
Other Features
There are several other iact Wellness features built to support individual and organizational success in wellness. These features include; a scorecard for keeping up with incentive points earned, sitemail to facilitate communication with peers and coaches as well as profile settings allowing members to manage their communication and privacy settings.
